# MiuroClaw’s Dual Architecture

### 1. Dual-Layer Architecture Design

MIURO Claw adopts a cloud + device dual-layer architecture. The two layers work together while maintaining clearly separated responsibilities.

| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Positioning | Lightweight and fast conversational songwriting assistant | Agent-orchestrated end-to-end private music studio |
| Running Location       | Cloud-based and stateless                                             | User’s MiuroBox device, running locally                                   |
| Core Capabilities | Conversational songwriting, points checking and music library queries | Full workflow orchestration, local edge audio AI and automation |
| Data Storage | Account-level cloud storage | Local encrypted storage with backup support |
| Membership Requirement | Basic functions are free | Full capabilities require MiuroBox hardware |
| Typical Use Cases | Quickly generating lyrics and melodies | Complete music production workflow, private local creation and automation |

### Cloud Claw

Cloud Claw is responsible for lightweight and fast interaction. It mainly handles conversational songwriting and simple queries.

It is lightweight, responsive, and suitable for daily ideation and brainstorming.

### Device Claw

Device Claw runs on the user’s MiuroBox and serves as the core of the entire system.

As the central AI agent orchestrator, it manages the full music workflow, including:

* Local audio processing, such as noise reduction and transcription
* Automated workflow orchestration
* Calling cloud-based songwriting models
* Managing the local music library and memory

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.miuro.ai/miuro-claw/miuroclaws-dual-architecture.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
